(no subject)
It's been over a month since I've updated, so I thought I would before we leave for Transy tomorrow. Summer has been pretty dull so far. All I've done recently is babysit my little cousin, and I did see Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, which was great. I can't wait to see the next one.
We are leaving for Transylvania tomorrow morning at 10:00. It's gonna be about a four hour trip, including stopping for lunch. I always love going to Transy, but I wish more people were going. Kathryn is coming with us, and that only gives us 6 for varsity. I think 8 are going on the JV team, so we may have to borrow a couple for some of the non-tournament games.
When we get back from Transy on Wednesday we're going to get ready to leave for Atlantic Beach on Saturday. I'm really excited about the beach this year because my aunt and uncle are staying with us so we're renting an actual house for a week. It's sound-front, in a community with a private pool, and has a trolley to the beach. The coolest thing about the house is that it has an elevator! We got it for a reduced price because no one else would rent it for that week so late and my aunt who is staying with us used to work for the realty company. And best of all, Sydney is coming with us this year, so while my sisters and dad go fishing, we can go shopping!
I guess I have to get off the computer now and finish packing my stuff. Leave me some comments so I can read them when I get back!
