Back in Tucson
So I just got back into Tucson like 20 minutes ago, it feels good to be home....isn't that sad that I don't feel like Phoenix is my "home" anymore?!? I mean it always will be since my family is there, but it's not where I live anymore, Brett's gonna turn my room into his studio!! AAAAAAHHHHH! Just kidding, I love my Bud.
The last message was a little crazy for all of you to read I'm sure, I reread it and get kinda scared myself. But you know what, all of that was pent up inside me for the last month or so and I needed to get it out. So it's out, hopefully there won't be more on that subject for a while but it could happen. Not getting asked back into Company was the first time in my life that I didn't get something that I wanted with all of my heart. It's gonna hurt for some time, but for those of you who know me really well, I will rise above it all. And all of you who really know me are also the people that I cherish the most in my life and I know you'll stand by me no matter what. I really am lucky to have you guys (and you know who you are).
My 4th of July was relaxing and just a blast. Went to the Diamondbacks game with my family where my dad bought me beer and I got buzzed. Brett kept leaning over to me and saying "That's so illegal!" but I didn't care. It was a good game, got to see Randy Johnson pitch (11 strikeouts = free Egg McMuffin and free Big Mac for everyone in attendance, sweet!) and the D-Backs actually won!! It was because the Larsons were there I swear! Came home and I was exhausted, took a 2 1/2 hour nap, went on a bike ride with my parents, then watched Stripes with the Bud. God I forgot how hilarious that movie is. "That's the fact Jack" "Boom shacka lacka lacka boom shacka lacka lacka" LOL. If you haven't seen this movie, go rent it NOW. Bill Murray and John Candy in their primes.
