Katie VS. The Cruel Hand of Fate
Ok and go.
Well for those of you who know me and know what I have been going through lately would assume that Fate has won this fight with a TKO. Not so my friends not so.
I am getting up for round two....yup i thumb my nose at you Fate......you evil bastard.
This is going to sound odd but since coming back to school I feel odd. Odd how?? you might ask. Well I feel as though I don't smile as much as I used to. You may say no big deal but for me it is an earth shattering change.
You may not know this but I like to smile, I enjoy it for reasons I cannot even begin to explain, I like to do it all the time to everyone I meet. But now do to some imperceptible change I find myself wearing the neutral face more and more often.....in fact I think yesterday I frowned. Yup I definitely do not like it.
So here is my plan of attack for round two:
Think happy thoughts
Live by these two quotes which I seem to have lost sight of:
'Mental sunshine will cause the flowers of peace, happiness, and prosperity to grow upon the face of the Earth. Be a creator of mental sunshine.'
' There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.'
So watch out for the underdog Fate I just might knock you on your ass... or I migt survive another 100 rounds at least.
