Money is not always necessary. There are other payments.

As do I. There is much one may learn from talking with strangers. It would be cruel of me as well, to withhold things in a place that so sorely needs help.

I wouldn't mind some of the things you have to offer. Finding things like that here seems to be nearly impossible. In return, I'd gladly talk to you about anything you'd like to know.
