Yes, I remember. How can one forget that harsh winter.

Apparently, it has been forgotten. No steps have been taken as of yet to create a city storage for food, and only one of the buildings is undergoing renovation.

[Sighs]

Most of our hunting parties have disappeared. Sephiroth was always the one that arranged it. However, you're right. No one's taken precautions. Of course... those of us who do remember are few now.

Then it is time that someone else go and organize them.

As for the rest, merely my voice alone will not do to warn them.

I was afraid you would say that. I suppose I can add my voice to yours in warning about the winter.
