[... Is that water you hear? ... Yes, that's definitely water lapping gently against the side of something wooden. Maybe a boat. Odd, coming from this frequency, he doesn't really seem like the sailing type, does he? What is this, out fishing for the day?

Well, there's some sloshing, dripping... and a sickening wet splat]

Hospital is it. Sounds like you found something that was where it shouldn't be. Wanna tell me about it?

What would you like to know? ... There are no immediately defining features. I fear... I have not found a head, nor a torso yet.

You are more than welcome.

[If you need him, he'll be back on shore with two arms and two legs]

Docks, right?

[Heading over that way now. Would this be Monby or Flandre he'd found?]

[Probably a little of column A and a little of column B]

Yes.

[And they're all neatly arranged. Matching up limbs to the right person as best he can]

[Lucky Seifer. He jogs up and slows down as he draws near, looking the limbs over. Obviously it's too different people, a kid and an adult, but more than that he really can't say.]

How'd you find 'em?

[Because if they're something the Medicine Seller fished up he might have to go for a dive in the lake. If they were just floating on the surface though there's not much he can do about it.]

I saw them and fished them out.

[He backs away from the limbs calmly. ... In fact, he looks completely unbothered by all this, just sort of yanking dead body parts out of a lake.]

Perhaps the bodies have reached the bottom. ... Or were eaten.

[He picks up one of the smaller limbs and looks it over taking note of the cuts.]

If that's the case well we don't have that many kids running about here. Someone should know if they're missing one.

These are all you saw?

Yes. [And he's not going swimming to get the rest. DNW swimming]

Would you like to take these with you? ... Or perhaps we shoudl just wait until their owners return.

[FFF if anyone is going swimming it will be Seifer don't worry. He does roll his eyes a bit at the suggestion to take the limbs with him. Not that he isn't already taking off his coat to do just that.]

At this rate I'm gonna be running a morgue. [small sigh] Still might as well see if I can't get any of the doctors at the hospital to look at them. [A pause while he looks the Medicine Seller over.]

Seifer Almasy. You have a name?

Before the scientists retrieve them for reviving.

[The small man just bows politely]

I am just A Medicine Seller. [Meaning no. No name. Sorry mate!]

Interesting title for a place like Discedo.

[Deeeefinitely looking the Medicine Seller over. After all this is a guy he hasn't really seen much before has he.]

[Well you can't say he doesn't look like much, other than being little. Look at all the colors!]

Yes. Edo. [Though he's way the hell all over the place usually]
