OMG!
Okay so last saturday I went to hollywood an auditioned for a small part in a feature length indie film and got a callback. Today I went back to hollywood for the callback and the guy said that he thinks I have a lot more potential than a small role with only 7 lines. He said that he wanted to see how far I could take my acting and that he wanted me to read a different role from the movie just to see my acting skills in a more adult role. So he explained to me that the character I was reading for was a teenager and I was trying to seduce this 6 year old pretty much. I was super nervous because even though I wasn't really auditioning for this role I wanted to do well and I had to seductive and I have NO idea how to do that... it was kinda funny because I couldn't help but think about a line that Bella says in Eclipse when she trys to seduce Edward about how it felt like she was being forced on stage in front of thousands when she didn't know her lines, that was exactly how I felt because I don't know how to be seductive and I didn't know my lines! Haha! Anyways so I had to read the scene a couple of times and then he said that he really wanted to give me a lead role in one of the films he makes! So he told me that a role that he had in mind for me would be like a teenage girl who is homeless and sells her body to earn money, then a guy would begin stopping by where she hung out and stuff and was always nice to her and brought her things like hot coco and stuff and then start bringing things like necklaces so that he could try and help her and get her off the street. And pretty much from then on it was almost the exact storyline for Welcome to the Rileys!!! He was trying to think of movies that we some what similar to what he was thinking about and I told him about WTTR and he had never heard of it so he decided to change the story a little bit... but anyways basicaly he told me that he is going to write a screenplay for me with me being the main character and that it would pretty much just be me and him throughout the entire movie (he will play the guy that tries to help my character) except for maybe a friend of mine or something like that! He said that we will start rehearsals as soon as he starts to get some lines to work with and then filming will be done in the summer!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy fuck!!!!! This was the last thing I expected to get when I went in to audition for the part of a store clerk in an indie film! And also he was saying how it will be really funny when I become famous to tell everyone that I was cast for my first role outside on the sidewalk in front of the CNN building surrounded by a homeless man who literaly had a sworm of flies all around him! But OMG! I can't even believe it!!!!
