4. You are only allowed to submit one icon.
5. You need to be signed up as an icon maker here to participate.
6. Please submit your icon to this post with both the image and a direct URL. Please upload to websites such as TinyPic or ImageShack to help keep it anonymous.
7. Please do not post your icon elsewhere until the challenge is finished.
8. The deadline is April 24th, 2010.
