HOLLYWOOD. 'Twilight' star Kristen Stewart tops preliminary wanted list of the actresses who may be the new Lisbeth Salander.
In an exclusive interview with Nöjesbladet in Los Angeles she admits that she is
interested in the role of "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo":
"- But I am afraid that the recording does not fit my schedule, "she says.
Stewart is in the midst of the launch of "Eclipse", the third film in the
vampire series that began with "Twilight".
The success has made her a superstar. Therefore, there was
no surprise that she is mentioned as a candidate in the U.S.
version of "Men Who Hate Women" in the casting.
"- I have not read the book. But everyone tells me to read it and it
seems to be a fantastic story." kristen says.
Film version of the book which has sold over 40 million copies is planned
to launch this fall. This means that Kristen can lose the project.
"- I'm booked the next six months. It won't work
if they don't postpone the shooting schedule"she says.
She will record already nailed "On the Road" and the fourth[and fifth] film in the
"Twilight" series, "Breaking Dawn".
