So... pros and cons of current job

Pros
- make decent enough money most of the time
- potential to make very good money
- work not terribly hard
- co-workers pretty decent
- not a lot of office drama
- accepted as one of the guys, mostly
- most bosses okay
- left to own devises a lot
- usually not highly supervised
- sometimes genuinely get to help people
- overall not over-the-top sexist or homophobic

Cons
- too many boys sometimes
- long hours
- long commute
- potential to need to work off days or loose income
- occasional feeling of loosing one's soul
- no health insurance for wife or child
- possible complications should FMLA leave ever be needed
- constant fear of monthly tracking
