cavities
So I finally went to the dentist, and he said I have eight cavities. EIGHT! I am so pissed off. And before he told me how many I had, he said, I have to ask you one question: "How often do you floss?" All my cavities are where my teeth touch each other. All my cavities could have easily been prevented by flossing after meals. I'm such an idiot! Arrg! Because my cavities are on the sides, between the teeth, he doesn't have access to fill them. So he has to take the tops off as well as the sides, then fill both surfaces, or three surfaces, as is the case for several of my teeth that have both sides. He showed me the xrays, and to me it looks like such a tiny dark spot where the teeth overlap. And I've never had a cavity before.
