running club last night - 3.3 miles, mirror image nevada, i.e., running around the tenderloin- can we do something less sketchy next time please?
union square to california on powell uphill, california left on franklin left on grove, by civic center and down to market and back to stockton and union square on post.
also went to see a folky band from virginia called Eddie from Ohio at the Great American Music Hall. I've never been there before, but I really liked it!!!! Like a mini fillmore, pretty ceiling details and balcony. not too many people, a dinner kinda show; EFO was awesome, great singing, funny guys, a coupla covers (dylan and lennon), and a song about a metro-cowboy I liked. 3 part harmonies, the whole shebang. the bass guitar guy had a guitar with no sound hole in the middle, it was kind of on the side, very pretty. he reminded me of tom hulce. yeah, amadeus. Can't describe him in any other way, since after amadeus he got no other movie parts =)
finished reading The Da Vinci Code that Michelle gave me. It was pretty good for the genre (murder mystery with historic religious reality deviancy overtones), but I knew the answer to their puzzle like 10 pages before they milled around the point! Also, can you find all the 92 english words you can spell using the letters in the word "planets"? I found 89, maybe 87 (not sure if two of mine are actual words), but can't find the rest!!! help!! (answer posted soon).
