Been out at the pub for the first time in a long time... And it was wicked fun! Apart from the fact I drank to much tequila... I was very drunk... :-D But I had a blast. It was the last day of the Introduction at the University College here, that the Student Union takes care off. And me, being the old fox that I am, had to come look at the new

they had a party... I thought thye closed the pub...? Or maybe it was somewhere else...

Oh, it is so silly, you wouldn't believe it.... *shakes head* There is no pub, no, not a student union pub. So instead, when there is a student-thing, they rent a pub in the town, with there employees and all. And they do a deal on certain kind of cider and beer that has the "student-prize" of the evning. To get that prize you have to show your alumni-card, or student-card. Crazy? Just a little bit...

True, but it doesn't have the same feel that way. Not at all. And that is what I miss.

It's the sad fact.. our time has passed and what once was, dosen't suit the new students, they have to find there own way... That which motevates them... Noone wanted to run the pub so it closed... That's not the only association I'm afraid... :(... Hopefully someday someone will wake them up again...
