Okay, now I feel a bit bad for the guy but he really needs to grow up and take charge when necessary.

He needs to grow up and learn how to act professionally. Because he really hasn't. Even the teachers and staff at the school are annoyed with him.

Currently when I see him, it's like he has a stamp on his forehead saying 'victim'. And you can't stay in that mindset, hard as it is to get out of. Because you'll be eaten alive. :-P

I get that he has some issues and yeah, that situation is definitely not a good fit but he needs to grow up. Oh well.

I love that Colbert has him come back to do things because I miss him.

Definitely. He needs to grow up and grow som balls, to be sure. :-/ It's like he has a stamp saying 'victim' on his forehead, and that just won't work in the long run. And not just in this school but in any school really.

It's not like this job is going to give him any good reputation, put it that way. :-/

Colbert and Stewart doing this together was just the best, to be honest. I loved that. :-)

Good for you. Sounds to me like you're going to help that young man quite a bit, just by being an example.

I never thought I could be an example for anyone, to be honest! I hardly know what I do myself most of the time! X-D I keep guessing and it turns out alright. *LOL* But I do guess I'm better at multitasking and basic librarian tasks. So if I can teach him that, I'm happy. :-)

Poor guy. Couldn't he have found another job that would have fit him better?

My thought to. But you know, as a librarian you take what you get. Especially in this town that is filled with librarians, since this is were the main education is. *sigh* He should NOT be workign at a school though. And he has said it was a shock to do so for him.
