Going back to work to find... chaos and a lost substitute...

So I did two hours at work today, just to get a feel of it. And man, oh man... I have so much annoyance. Mostly about my substitute

I KNOW! That's the most mind blowing part of me. HOW EVEN? You need to learn the alphabet to work in a library! Like, that's the LEAST of it!

Yep! He had the same education as me, national master thesis and all! Would you believe it?!? I mean, I found out some more and made a new post, but this guy I tell you... The amounts of face-palm I do internally...

He's...not good with the alphabet...and he works in a library. What on earth.

Granted, he has dyslexia. But Peting does as well! He knows it. And my lil brother does to, quite the bad case, and HE KNOWS IT!!! This guy has a cheat-sheet for the alphabet, would you believe it? I found out some more so made a new post. But for goodness sake!!!

Oh dear. That's a terrible situation. He certainly seems unsuited for the job. Is there any chance of finding someone better to fill in for you?

VERY unsuited. He is to young, to unsure of himself, to inexperienced, and the kids/teens just eat him up and spit him out. :-/ It's just horrible. I start working now, a little at a time, so there's no reason to get a new one for just a week or two. :-P

He shouldn't be in a school. Like, at all. He can not deal with kids/teens. He is far far to unsure of himself. They just eat him up! I don't think he could deal even in a so called 'good school', you know? And to think he has the same education as I do... *shakes head*
