This is the best mudcake recipie I've tried, and I've tried quite a few. Since the most common thing to do when studying at University was to panic over exams with red wine and mudcake... No joke. *lol*

Anyway, this recipie is from the book Kärleksmums - 101 söta favoriter. Page 58 even, and it's called Monkes Spröda Kladdkaka, if you ever decide to go check. Just gonna call it Chocolate Mudcake here. :-)

Chocolate Mudcake

2 eggs
3 deciliter sugar (1.26 cups)
2 teaspoons vanillasugar
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 ½ deciliter wheat flour (0.63 cup)
50 grams of flaked almonds (can skip these if you want) (1.76 ounces)
1 dl or 100 grams of melted butter (0.42 cups or 3.52 ounce)
some semolina

Heat in the oven: 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit)

How to:

Mix the eggs and sugar nice and slow with a wooden spoon or ladle. Then you add the rest one at a time. Save the butter for last.

Butter up a cake pan, preferably one where you can remove the bottom. Pour some semolina in it and make sure it covers all the butter, before removing the excess.

Pour the tasty cake mixture in the cake pan. Put it in the oven, preferably a bit low, and let it be for 20 minutes, not longer.

And while you wait, lick the bowl before the kids come hunting you...

Eat the cake with whipped cream!
