Dammit, it is cold outside! I wish I could have stayed home today, but oh no. I gotta go to work soon. Sucks. :-(
Oh well. Last weekend I have to work, if what I have heard about my new job that is. If it all turns out alright, I only work Mondays to Thursdays. Always having Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off. Four days I do work, I have a bit longer days, but still. Bliss.
I'll miss my work-mates so much. :-( Where I'll be working at the company now, I don't know anyone. At least I think not, since I haven't been told where in the building it is. I haven't been told who my new group-boss is. And I haven't been told how I am to work... Well, apart from the Monday-Thursday-thing. Basically, right now I only know how my hours are for today, Monday and Tuesday. After that, a complete blank. I hope I can gather a bit more information on Monday.
Weekend so far been great though. :-) After New Years I have done nothing but being lazy. And it has been wonderful! Been playing a lot of World of Warcraft, of course! Caina, the mighty tiny gnome warrior have reached level 75! Still bad-mouthing everyone and everything, having the temper of an orc with PMS.... Dammit, I love to roleplay her! Sure, she is just some programming and a bundle of pixels in a game, but I love her anyway! They are my pixels, I tells ya'! *grin*
Yesterday was LARP-day. So after work, I speed to the LARP and had just as much fun as always. We have a lot of new players nowadays, which is fun. A lot of young ones to. One girl, only 16, had a bit of trouble since we usually play to around 4am - 5am in the morning and her parents were worried about her. Turns out, she don't live that far from us, so I told her to call her parents that we would make sure she got home alright. She is a great kid, very mature for her age (very goth to...), and I like her. She did, and was very grateful as her mom now would give her some peace and quite at home. :-) We're the oldest couple at the LARP, so I am just glad we could help out. We even drove her right up to her front door! *grin* We have done the same thing a lot of times when some of the younger kids at the LARP are having troubles getting home. We don't have any worried parents waiting at home for us, so we might as well help those that do. :-)
Right. Now time for work. Over and out!
