Uh. Hm... There is always ham, though I never eat it. Can't think of any other Must Have.

Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I'm glad your mom made it in ok!

We have french toast and pancakes for breakfast, usually.

Turkey.... I can't recall ever having anything different.

This year we're having the in-laws at my house. The Hubby will be deep frying the 16 lbs turkey we didn't use at Thanksgiving (my sister and family changed plans), and we'll be having the traditional fixin's of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy (homemade =D), and oh, baked corn and rolls. Tomorrow at my parents will be left-overs.

I'm so glad you and your mom are together for Christmas! *hugs!*
I always make Italian food, too, lol! Usually it's lasagna but this year it's homemade pizza, since I'm doing a lot of other baking projects and decided to take it easier with the main course.
Stuffed shells are AWESOME! OMG the cheese.

We're having ribs, I think. But it varies every year. Happy Hols to you, too. I love you much! Hug your mum for me extra.
