As for Matt, he's way, way too young but I'll deal. He sorta sounds the part, a bit, and that is what's important.

He is way too much of a baby. But if he manages to do a good job capturing the character I'll be happy.

It doesn't really bother me that he's too young. Fitz usually comes across as about five years younger than he is. He's called "boy" all the time, even when he starts getting grey hair. I mean, in Ancestor Cell, you've got Father Kreiner, who's a thousand years old for goodness's sake, and there's these people who are even older who call him "foolish child." Somehow, Fitz has discovered some kind of not-so-great eternal youth, I guess...
