I adore this one on so many levels *fistbump of crass, elitist, greasy, east coast swagger*
So I live a half hour bus ride from Port Authority and work a five-mine PATH ride from the financial district. I really do not get into the City nearly as often as a young "professional" should, mostly because I am priced out of so much of the wacky. The only places I can afford to drink is my darling McSorley's Old Ale House and, um, parties with open bars.
That said, I am giving this event serious thought, despite the fact that my chances of imploding into a puddle of embarrassing fangirl GOO run incredibly high. Also it starts at 11:30 at night and there's NO WAY to get back to Jersey that late. The last bus out of Port Authority is at 1:20, so unless I get a cab (BWAHAHA no) there's... yeah, no. SIGH.
ETA: OMFG DO WANT. It's a US Constitution lapel pin, for people "who are too liberal to wear an American Flag lapel pin." I lol'd irl.
