Flew somewhere for the sole purpose of going to a concert; bought assorted comic books; totaled a car; carpooling; kidney stone; cheering for a Stanley Cup winning team;
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
No, didn't make any. Next year I plan on doing the "diet" thing and lose at least 20 pounds. Because... dude. Sorry, tbmyoung39, but it's gotta be done to make me happy. You want me to be happy, right? ::puppy eyes::
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope, although several cool people became parents (Jon Stewart, uh... this was easier last year.)

No.
5. What countries did you visit?
Detroit. Oh, wait.
6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
a meaningful relationship with a guy <--- word, or lacking that, sex will do nicely <---- still
7. What date from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The one where the Bolts won the Cup. And also December 3. Franz live! Also, wandering around Carlstadt, NJ with Terry, with both of us trying desperately to sober up.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Managing to not get fired, despite my worst efforts.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Completely not expanding my social horizons.

Nothing out fo the ordinary. Oh wait! See above, re: kidney stone. OW.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
The Franz CD. It's the thing I've gotten the most use out of. That and my new car.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
Brad, Marty, Andy, Vinny, Ryusty... Paul Porter. And the entire Lightning organization. And Jon Stewart for calling a guy a "dick" on national television.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I'll expand on last year's answer and say "the whole Bush administration."
14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills and coffee.

Can we say "playoffs?" because I can say "Boo to the YA!!!111!!one!!"

A bit more melancholy.
