Travel for the fall
So, I really do want to start writing here more, I just, I don't know, don't know what to write about. I want to get my website back up, but I don't know what I want its purpose to be. I'm in a bit of a flux right now I guess.
Anyway, for the sake of putting SOMETHING up here for anyone that is interested, here is a list of places I will be going between now and the end of 2007.
Phoenix, AZ
Denver, CO (Twice)

The DC Area**
*This is the only personal trip from the list, for vacation. The rest is work travel, which really translates to me spending 2-3 days in a city and really not seeing much of the city at all. Oh well, guess I shouldn't complain.
** The usual visiting of the folks, home for Christmas, and my dear Ruth's wedding next month
In line with the travel arc this post is taking, I had a bit of a mini-stroke at my desk today after charging over $900 to my credit card in one fast click of the enter button. I will get reimbursed, but still, that's a heck of a lot of money. I guess we shouldn't wait until a week and a half before the trip to book a flight, but who cares, some Pharma company will pay for it. They'll just raise the price of their medication from $30 a pill to $32 a pill...no one will notice.
In other news, I planted Zinnias yesterday and that made me insanely happy. My goal for next year is to potentially get rid of some of the hideous shrubbery outside and replace it with something nicer. I also want to paint the bedroom soon...the white is really boring me, and thanks to the insane cost of homes in NJ, we'll probably be here a long while yet.
I guess that's about it for now. I have to pay some bills and then I'm off to do some cooking - pork chops with carmelized onions, red wine risotto, and tomato and cucumber salad! YUM.

PS - it is freaking hot outside.
