Birthday Weekend
Whee!!! Had a lot of fun this weekend despite having a head cold and being miserable about that. But yea I did a lot of stuff this weekend! To be honest I never really made a big deal about my birthday when I was young. Not even when I was a teenager. but recently it has been but I dont mind at all ^_^ I think its more fun now than when i was a kid.
Anyway, what did I do this weekend?
- Friday took the day off with Jenny and we chilled at the Botanic Gardens. It was cold there too :( But it was fun to just walk around there. Then later for dinner we went to dinner at The Melting Pot that was really good.
- Saturday just chilled at home and was sick in bed :( tried to get better for the Bears game on Sunday. it was good to just rest.
- Sunday was my Birthday!! Whoo! My sister and my brother bought me tickets for the bears game. Nik was able to come with us too :D twas fun despite it being cold. There were flurries on and off throughout the game. Oh when Nik and I got food after the first 10 minutes the lady at concessions was asking how old I was and I said 23 and it occured to me that it was my birthday hahaha. So i told her and she was nice enough to give hot chocolate for free ^_^ I thought that was really nice of her. Then later when we got home my sister and I played Gears of War 2 for 7 hours LOL! Love the game!
Now here I am at work on a Monday. poot. 3 day weekends should happen all the time.
