On low rate RO pservers

I've been playing a low rate RO pserver these past few days, and it's been alright. The thing I enjoy about low rates is actually the steady leveling and the fact that classes are balanced, which means you don't see sinxs with 3908285 buffs and 2 megs  going around 1hitKO people while being high on unlimited edp. However one thing I cannot stand is the elitism a lot of players on low rate servers seem to have. I understand that low rate players will probably always stay on low rate so it's normal that, eventually, everyone becomes 1337, however for newcomers like me it sucks. Since the game mechanics on low rate would obviously be different from mid rates and high rates, one mistake in the game could end up having the whole team/party blaming the hell out of you/calling you a noob. Well I guess that's too bad, because when I came people just assumed I'm as "hardcore" as them and know how everything works. I guess it's not surprising then that all the low rate servers are dying.
