**NOTE: I MADE UP a story to go along with the video, hence the reason for the AU (Alternate Universe) tag. And I am very much a Tsukasa/Tsukushi fan, but I also like Rui/Tsukushi. So please, don't comment if you simply don't like the pairing for the video.**
Short Summary: (AU Vid) Makino Tsukushi is in love with two men - Hanazawa Rui and Domyouji Tsukasa. She's in a long-term relationship with one, and having an affair with the other. Soon, she knows she has to choose because of the guilt she's feeling and the hurt she's inflicting on both men.
Long Summary:
(AU Vid) Makino Tsukushi is in love with two men - Hanazawa Rui and Domyouji Tsukasa. She's in a long-term relationship with one, and having an affair with the other. Soon, she knows she has to choose because of the guilt she's feeling and the hurt she's inflicting on both men. At the start of the video, we get a flashback to Rui and Tsukasa's friendship before Tsukushi entered their lives. In the present, Tsukushi has finally realized who she loves, and searches for Rui, but he's nowhere to be found. Instead, she finds Tsukasa who has become painfully aware of her choice. The rest of the video is essentially set in the past as we find out that Rui has known about the affair and has suffered in silence. Despite her love for both men, the hurt she's causing them makes Tsukushi feel incredibly guilty, and tensions between Rui and Tsukasa are escalating. Tsukushi loves being with Tsukasa, but Rui continues to haunt her thoughts. One day, Rui asks where she's going and she lies, even though they both know what's going on. Rui finally confronts them both, but doesn't say anything, and instead leaves (offscreen), but now Tsukushi and Tsukasa both know for sure that he knows. Tsukushi finally decides who she wants (2:16), and breaks off things with Tsukasa. We're now back in the time after the video's first scene (when Tsukushi tries to look for Rui). Meanwhile, Rui is wandering off on his own, lost in thoughts of Tsukushi and even thinks he sees her on the street. He's actually secretly elated, but when it turns out it's not her, he can't help but feel disappointment, making him realize how much he still loves her despite her affair. Later (2:46), Tsukushi finally finds Rui and tries to tell him her decision, but all the hurt and anger he's felt erupts. He loves her so much it hurts, and he tells her to leave, saying he can't look at her, and she runs away in tears. Later, both Tsukushi and Rui reminisce on their relationship. Rui finally confronts Tsukasa with words and violence as Tsukushi cries over what she’s done.
Extra Notes: This is my first HYD video, so I hope you like it. My recent videos have been quite rusty unfortunately. I'm actually pretty pleased with the end product of this vid though, so... well, again, I hope you like it as much as I do. I also know that this song has been done many times before, but I really had the urge to make this video. Comments are very much appreciated.
