Diets piss me off.
So for the past three months, I've been trying to be on a diet. I was following it pretty well and working out fairly often (which has been a feat all in itself because of how busy I am). I got very frustrated because by the time I hit the three month mark, I was at the same weight when I started. Ok...
So, last week I get the flu and lose my appetite for about 2.5 days. I step on the scale this morning and I've lost 5 pounds. HUH? Don't get me wrong, I love the fact I lost 5 pounds but... come on!! So basically, forget eating health veggies and working out - just stop eating!!! Damnit.
Damnit.
I'm confused.
