In conjuncture with looking at apartments, I've started looking at Condos for sale.

Maybe it is time to buy and stop hopping from one apartment to another....

Also, it is a buyer's market right now and condo sales are at an all time low....

girl, if you find a place that you totally fall in love with and the price is right, I think you'll know if you'll really want to buy it. and i don't think that's a bad idea at all. I'd love to buy a condo... or a house... maybe i'm addicted to buying things (srsly...) ok so maybe don't listen to my comment. ;) delete! delete!

I second that and say buy. If you can afford a condo then why pay for someone else's mortgage?

It is something to talk to my parents about this weekend. I would need their help but they have done it with all my other siblings. They have been making grumblings about how the time is approaching to look into buying my own place.
The stability of owning my own home is HIGHLY appealing.
