Day after our computerized Orgy
I am ... tired. Mostly because I am still sick but not quite as sick as I was yesterday. The guys showed up, one at a time and we slowly turned our living room into a sensual mess of colored wires, power strips and beautifully glowing monitors and puter cases. We played BattleField 2 for some 5 or 6 hours with much laughter and snacking. We ordered some Pizza for dinner and .... played some more... and eventually, as all good things do, the evening came to an end as people drug their computers back to their cars and left.
It was a fun time, didn’t have any networking issues and we kicked all forms of butt together. Nothing brings men together like virtual killing.
In other parts of the house, Rhi got a bedroom make over by her grandmother and aunt. They came in, shut the door to her room and when we came in the room later that evening, it glowed with this ethereal lime green which was complimented by matching bedspread and accompanied by a dangling head canopy, mardi gras beads hanging like a curtain across her window and various butterfly themed ornaments. It is really cool and if you have to paint your room lime green, this decor style is the way to go. Its pretty awesome and it puts the rest of our house to shame, which is hard to say because the paint is... DAY GLOW LIME GREEN.
So this morning, I got up and moved my 75lb behemoth computer back to the office, got it wired and back online. Now I just need to move the dining room table back to the dining room.
