Oh the weekends are never long enough.
Today has moved at a fairly decent pace. Let's see...this past weekend I didn't do a whole lot. After not hearing from Motorsports for a good two months, I get a call from them desperately needing help. So I went in and did some work for them on Sunday. I definitely needed the money...and for $80.00 just for working five hours, I'll surely go back if they ever need help again!
Friday night I played some darts with Drew and Jomar (Caryn met up with us a little bit later). It was nice to finally get those guys together since getting everyone out on the same night has proven to be nearly impossible. Saturday afternoon was spent at the pool, relaxing with a couple of drinks...and when the evening rolled around Christina and I grabbed dinner (I tried Sushi for the first time ever) and then we headed south to Macdinton's. It was the same old Macd's...but good times were still had.
Aside from that, some laundry, and working at the dealership, my weekend was pretty average.
In other news...Tomorrow I'm going out on a date! :-O This will be my first date in quite some time. He is a 26 year old former Marine...who currently teaches classes at USF. Seems like a good guy...but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Going grocery shopping after work...this should be interesting. The first thing on my list: Beer. Is that bad?
