Geography Final

So, let me indulge everyone as to what happenend right before my Geography final on Saturday evening.

I couldn't find the building first of all, but luckily I noticed someone from my lecture and we both couldn't find it, so we couldn't find it together. Anyway, I got there pretty much on time if not a little earlier still, but a lot of the seats were taken most people know that you are supposed to sit every other seat for the final. Basically, I was kind of off to the side a little further up than just in the middle. Anyway, this girl comes in and sits right next to me. I wasn't too concerned because I'm left handed so I was going to lean in the opposite direction to write anyway.

We got our essay questions in advance. I picked the one on resource conflicts and violence (you only had to pick one). One resource and country pairing that we could do was petro-violence in Nigeria, so before the final, I was looking over my notes for that topic. The girl leans over and is like, "OOOO, is that the petro-violence one?" and she grabs my notes from out of my hands and starts reading!!! I turned to her and said, "Um, those are my notes, that I wrote." and she said, "Oh, it's all good!" Then I said, "Well, I need to read them too." So she put the notes between us, and I took my notes back (still physically between us). I read that page for like 5-10 seconds more, and then I flipped it over because I print double sided pages.

Then, a couple minutes later, she starts asking me questions. "Oh so the military came in after they signed that bill thing right?" etc. and she went into a long stream of thought ("long," meaning probably 10-15 seconds) and I just glared at her and said, "Yeah."

That was fun. And then for the next two hours, I took my final...
