(no subject)
Summer fun!
It's summer, right? Despite the cool temps and seemingly constant rain I now declare summer is here! I'm out of school so it should be (all the more reason to go through mid-June and start after Labor day rather than starting in Mid-Aug).
Anyways... it is summer. I start the summer off with Port Washington - DONE!
The UKC Premiere is this weekend, but didn't enter. No one ready really. We were going to go up and shop and look around, but can't take the dogs so what is the point?
Instead -- we'll do a Bark in the Park activity. Local park district has one today -- if it doesn't get rained out that is.
Discovered another Pirate Fest next weekend only 120 miles away in Dubuque. Looking into going. No reason NOT to.
My summer weekends are now pretty much officially booked. LOL Once June is over, Bristol opens and I'll be there every weekend with my bells on! This year I have 4 weekends I'll probably do BOTH days rather than just 2 weekends. Otherwise it is Sundays usually. Then comes Labor Day and Dragon*Con. That will be followed by a weekend off (GASP). Then out to Long Beach for Pyrate Daze and I'll end the month of Sept up by being in a wedding.
Weekdays I intend to spend by the pool.
So that is my summer vacation plans. What are yours?
