a/n: For helenmaldon and tink_chan who really wanted to know how Ohno/Sakurai/Aiba’s relationship works xD

Ohno dropped the folder down getting to his feet as he felt the lord coming to him, he frowned for a second it felt like the lord but there was a subtle difference it was gentler and he turned with a smile

“Matsumoto-sama and Raiden” He said as Nino came in with Raiden. “Or would you prefer ‘My lady’?”

“Only if you want your throat ripped out” Nino grumbled, sitting in the chair and looking around “I was hoping Aiba was here”

“Not tonight, He and Sho-chan are having their date night…” The doctor said careful to keep his jealousy out of his voice but he knew that Nino would pick up on it anyway, he smiled and then gave a light chuckle “Ask your questions”

“What…Oh forget it, how does it work? You, Aiba and Sakurai? I don’t get it” Nino said with a huge frown “How…”

“I was his first… 177 years ago, Ma-chan, I mean… He was my concubine first… Would you like to know it?”

“Aiba’s never talked about it”

“I know, because he feels guilty for loving both of us…”

“But you all live together don’t you?”

“Yes and we sleep together, and we make love but I would never drink from Sho and Sho would never drink from me…” Ohno said laughing as Nino’s mouth fell open, “It’s not strange, for vampires we only drink from the one you love ne, whereas sex is just a healthy pass time…” the doctor said and watched as Nino tried to process the information. Ohno sighed taking pity on him “Matsumoto-kun, 177 years ago I had very little interest in anyone or anything, I’m a half breed that comes from a fairly noble family, but I had no interest in being a vampire, I couldn’t drink blood, not even packaged blood and although we can eat human food it doesn’t give us the proper nutrients we need and I was very unhealthy, do unhealthy that I would have been better asleep and then I saw Ma-chan at a party, he was so beautiful, it was his eyes that drew me in first, their emerald green that shone in the light, and then I heard his laugh… I thought he would never even look at someone like me, but before I knew his name we were in a hotel room. He allowed me to drink from him that first night, I learnt later that he was a concubine requested by my family to try and get me interested in something, but at the time I didn’t know that and the moment his blood filled my mouth I knew what I wanted forever”

“But it didn’t work like that?”

“It did for a few years, I still wouldn’t drink from humans or blood packs but Ma-chan, he would and I would drink from him sort of like a baby, he never drank from me though” Ohno sighed and ran his fingers through his hair “After that first night, he was completely honest with me and he told me that he was in training to be the chief concubine of the Sakurai heir… So we just enjoyed each other while we could I never told him I was in love with him, Ma-chan knew though… And when the time came on our last night together he drank from me for the first and wChat I thought was the last time” Ohno stopped smiling as Raiden cried wanting a drink he watched as Nino bit his wrist and scooped the baby into his arms feeding him, gently. Nino motioned for him to continue and Ohno had to admit that it felt nice to be able to talk about it, most people thought their three way relationship was odd and it was, both he and Sakurai were from prominent families and they were both completely helpless against a single concubine “For about five years I had to watch Ma-chan with Sho, and it nearly drove me insane… I stayed as far away from vampire gathering as much as I could but as a doctor I couldn’t avoid them forever, and one day Sho turned up in my surgery, at first I thought that he had come for a fight, it wasn’t a secret that Ma-chan and I were together once. I wasn’t prepared for what happened though, he told me that ‘Aiba-chan, isn’t happy without you, and although I want to kill you for it, but the most important thing to me is Aiba-chan’s happiness so take him and make him happy’” Nino burst out laughing at the poor attempt to mimic Sakurai and Ohno gave him an almost shy smile “I wasn’t sure how to react to the news, I mean I was delighted but I also didn’t believe it, every time I had seen them together Ma-chan looked incredibly happy and his eyes were shining when he looked at Sho so I thought it was a trick or something but I want to Sho’s house and Ma-chan almost knocked me over in his greeting and I got hope but when I told him what Sho had said he just looked troubled and told me that he couldn’t be happy with either one of us and that he loved us both the same but that wasn’t fair on us. I admit when he first told me that I was crushed and I thought there was no way that I would be able to accept that, the idea of him drinking from me one night and then Sho the next I couldn’t cope with it and neither could Sho”

“So how did…” Nino asked as he patted Raiden’s back

“Ma-chan vanished for almost ten years, nobody saw him not even his family knew where he was. We searched for him but when Ma-chan wants to get lost he gets lost. For a decade we just lived with the hope that he was at least still alive somewhere and that he was happy and then out of the blue he returned with you, Matsumoto-sama, forgive me but at the time, both Sho and myself were tempted to kill you…”

“I’ve never once drank from Aiba…”

“Forgive me for saying so, but that’s not true” Ohno told him gently “When Ma-chan found you, you were almost feral, becoming like the animals you had been drinking from, the only way he could have pulled you back was feeding you his blood…”

“He didn’t” Nino said “There was a village close to where I was, he used to take jars of blood from the villagers and made me drink them, he said that his blood was ‘for Sho-chan and Rida’ why ‘Rida’?”

“I agreed to tell you some things, lord, but some are my own” Ohno smirked “Anyway, you and he came back and after we didn’t kill you, all three of us got together and talk it out. We realised that neither me nor Sho wanted to live without him and Aiba still loved us both so we made our arrangement to share him. It hurt him at first, thinking that he was cheating on us but over time we all came to accept it, even if everyone thinks that we’re strange…”

“So… How did you end up living together and sleeping together?”

“We just decided that it was… Okay” Ohno shrugged, their first night together as a threesome was something he could barely remember it had happened after Nino had Matsu’s wedding party on the beach, they had blamed it on the excited emotions and drink but it kept happening, and in the end they had just given in and moved in together.

“So you don’t love Sakurai too?”

“N-“ Ohno stopped thinking about it, that was his problem he think he did love Sakurai. Nino raised his eyebrow with a knowing smile

“Maybe you three need another one of your talks…” He said and then looked at his watch “Shit, I promised I’d meet Jun about half an hour ago, will you tell Aiba I want to see him?”

“Sure” Ohno said and watched him leave, his mind going over what Nino had just said before pushing it to the back of his mind, just because he was having these feelings didn’t mean that Sakurai was, he told himself. When he arrived back at their apartment Aiba and Sakurai were on the bed naked wrapped around each other tightly, he smiled at the sight and lightly ran his hand over both of them before pulling off his clothes and climbing into the large bed and hugging Aiba tightly while one hand gripped Sakurai’s as he fell to sleep. The next morning he woke as the alarm rang and he smiled as Aiba gave a sleepy sigh rolling over trying to hit the alarm that was ringing, but only managing to find Sakurai’s shoulder and with a groan he nudged at Ohno with his elbow in the stomach “Sato…” he mumbled and Ohno gave a moan “Your… Alarm, baby” Aiba mumbled stroking his arm while Sakurai snuggled up to him still asleep. Ohno gave a sigh and a yawn, reluctantly sitting up wishing that he had been born into a different family, as an Ohno, there had been a choice of being a doctor or a doctor, there had been no middle ground it was what his blood called for him to do, but some day’s pulling himself out of bad was hard to do, like today, when Aiba was looking completely fantastic and smelt like he had been dipped in honey, he knew the scent came from the mixture of his and Sakurai’s blood that was in his system, and he couldn’t stop himself from biting into Aiba’s shoulder and drinking some of the blood, Aiba moaned loudly the almost slutty sound completely waking Sakurai who looked at him with a smirk. “Sato,’” Aiba moaned his voice coming out a soft gasp and Ohno licked at the wound drawing out more blood, Ohno had been staring at Sakurai the whole time he was drinking from Aiba, watching the emotions that filtered through his ruby red eyes, jealousy and lust were the two that were fighting the most and Ohno wasn’t surprised when he felt Sakurai’s hand running up his naked thigh, heading towards his ass. It wasn’t the first time, he pulled away from Aiba’s shoulder his mouth still full of the blood and pressed his lips to Sakurai’s, Sakurai’s eyes widened with surprise but he drank the blood greedily from the doctors mouth his tongue going in to make sure he got every last drop, while Aiba stroked both their chests and stomachs watching them with an eager expression in his beautiful green eyes. As Ohno and Sakurai broke the kiss they gave each other matching smiles and pushed Aiba down onto his back the doctor knew he was going be late, both he and Sakurai bit gently on Aiba’s chest and Aiba moaned loudly his hands tangling in both their hairs. They drank from Aiba greedily every now and then stopping to kiss each other with blood filled mouths their hands roaming over each other’s body’s. “Please, I… Want… To taste…” Aiba said and they both held up their wrists and Aiba grabbed them both and bit down Ohno and Sakurai moaned in unison their free hands going to stroke Aiba stomach and the member Ohno kissed a tail down his lovers body feeling Sakurai’s eyes on him and before going to Aiba’s member he took Sakurai fingers into his mouth and sucked them a few times he released them when he heard Sakura moan and licking the tips lightly. As Ohno took Aiba into his mouth Sakurai shifted down the bed and Ohno groaned loudly as the plump soft lips surround him the tongue lapping almost roughly at the slit. Aiba gave soft whine and Sakurai shifted his hips, so that Aiba could suck at him. Soon the room was filled with muffled moans and sucking sounds. Ohno ran his tongue up and down the veins of Aiba’s member as he gently started thrusting into Sakurai’s mouth. When they felt that they were close they broke apart and Ohno positioned himself over Aiba while Sakurai quickly got in position over Ohno. Ohno thrust into Aiba’s waiting hole while, Sakurai pushed into him. All three moaned loudly and Sakurai set a quick pace with his hips, and Ohno bit at Aiba’s chest as Sakurai gripped his hips deepening and quicken his thrusts causing the doctor to do the same into Aiba. One hand gripped at Aiba’s shoulder and the other went to stroke Sakurai’s leg, he could feel his orgasm building and he wanted his lovers to come with him

“Are… You close…” Sakurai asked kissing in between his shoulder blades and Ohno wished he was biting him, he released his teeth on Aiba and nodded

“Y-es… Ma-chan?” He groaned and Aiba nodded their speed quickened until with one last thrust Sakurai came deep inside Ohno and caused a chain reaction, with Ohno cumming inside Aiba and Aiba releasing on his and the doctors stomach, Sakurai slowly pulled out and collapsed back onto his side of the bed with Ohno rolling on top of him, his hand lazily moving over Sakurai’s and Aiba’s chests. “Sho…” He mumbled and very slowly he bit at his neck sucking some of the blood, before pulling away and staring at him. Sakurai’s eyes were wide for a minute and the he grabbed him and bit down at Ohno’s neck while Aiba giggled

“It’s about time!” He said “So who’s ready for another go?” Ohno and Sakurai looked at each other a laughed, Ohno deciding that he wouldn’t be going in at all today.
