Left on the desk of Krystal Hitomi is her diary. She was never one to be shy about her feelings, thoughts, and emotions, thus the reason why she left this book out on her desk for all to read. She felt that it did not matter to her if her students knew her most deepest thoughts. It was a way to enhance relationship with them and understanding. A sort of a bonding in a way of telling secrets and sharing memories. This book was blue, and simple. With the words "Miss Hitomi's Diary" written in gold script on the front of it. Opening the book there is something written to be found, written by Miss Hitomi herself when she first obtained this diary. It reads,

"Secrets are kept for the soul purpose of closeting yourself from others, to keep you from being social and alive. This is my book of secrets and I'm willing to share it with you. I just hope you will do the same for me. Keep in touch always. Love, Krystal."
