(no subject)
dude...almost three months since i've been on here. They were right when they said this job takes over your life. It's still cool...annoying at times and sometimes down right scary, but still pretty cool. I'm going to start working the graveyard shift. 10pm to 6am. yeah, the hours suck but i'm working 2pm to 10pm now and it's screwing around with my home life. I don't even see my family much anymore. Hopefully graveyard works out. i'm expecting to work more 16 hour shifts because they'll make stay to cover those who don't come in for the next shift but i'm going to try to do two voluntary OT's a week so maybe i could avoid being held...or maybe swap two days so i work only 3 days a week. Have to find someone to do that with though. That'll be the tough part. I also really hope my days off don't change..unless i get weekends off (doubt it).
Anyways, got a new place, got a new phone, got a new tv, working on getting new furniture. I'll be debt free by the end of this year. Things are really looking up right now. Only 5 months until my guy moves in with me. It's a big step..but i get to test it out in the next two weeks since he's spending his vacation at my place. I'm sure he'll spend most of his time working on his new race car or his dirt bike...he's really got the racing bug in him and i don't see it mellowing out for a while. He's says i got him back into racing because i told him to get back into it when i met him. Now, i'm too attached to him i worry everytime he does it or even talks about it. I've seen him crash one to many times...it's not cool, but it's his passion and i'm not going to stand in his way. He's knows how i feel about it and he's doing things like getting knee braces and he just got a neck brace so i can worry less. He knows i'll never stop worrying. It's who i am.
Ok, i need to look into ordering some new shirts. i've haven't been shopping in months for clothes and i'm in desperate need of a new wardrobe. Hope everyone is doing well. i've looked back at my friends page to see how people are doing but it only goes back two pages. i've got three months to catch up on. i'll have to do it one friend at a time. I need to get the internet hooked up at my place already. i just never get around to making the call. i'm such a procrastinator.
