So on top of the shear number of foul ups by B&Q over our kitchen ("its the computers fault, not the staff members" claim managers, followed by "this has never happened before") and the lack of calls from them when they promise, missing deliveries and outright lies told to us we now have issues with reimbursement of the fitter.
For reference the fitter was my Father in Law, who after offering to fit our kitchen, expects us to pay over £300 for the privilege.
He broke units and worktops we cannot replace, he kept telling the kittens off for living in there own house, and while we were away we have noticed that our expensive wedding photo has been damaged and a smoke alarm fitted on a wall at shoulder height.
He has been complaining about me to Jeni (the Sister in Law) and making comments about how useless I am. This has cumulated with a massive shouting match over the telephone between my wife and her father and we are now "not to have anything to do with him"
