So I've come to the realization that I shouldn't drink. I was doing so good. No cutting. And then I drank......and didn't really have that much control..........
And I've done it again. Fuck. No more drinking. It's bad. I burned and cut myself tonight. Yea, I've started burning myself with lighters. Love to see them blister up, and then pop them. God, I'm fucked up.
I'm still somewhat buzzed. Coming down from being drunk. Oy. My arms, washrag, sink, and floor are covered in blood. It's no good. Bad, bad, bad...........
