(no subject)
Okay, so about 15 years ago I found a four-leaf clover. Awesome!!! And despite 15 years of looking, I didn't find any more until the day before yesterday, when I found a nice big one staring me in the face as I walked across the lawn. Lucky me!! Poor Karl was all upset, though, because he didn't have one.
Jesus. Today I found another one. And then I found two more. And then Karl found one, which he's off planting right now (apparently picking something and then immediately planting it doesn't seem at all ironic to a four-year-old lol). And then I found another one (which I left growing to help perpetuate the mutation), and then I bloody well found a five-leaf clover!!
I took pictures of two of my four-leafs along with the five leaf (the fifth leaf is forming a second layer on top of another leaf), which I will now press along with the first one. I'll post them in a bit when I download them, but we're headed into town shortly so I don't have time right now.
Think I'll buy a lottery ticket while I'm there... :D
