Back so soon, I know.
But I have things to say about Torchwood that are best suited for here and not tumblr, and are too long for twitter, so here I am.
I did already express (via tumblr) my unhappiness with the ending of Ashes to Ashes and how I wish we could just axe Torchwood in its place. I also expressed my eagerness for a spinoff of the spinoff called The PC Andy Show (YOU KNOW YOU'D WATCH IT). And the fact that John Barrowman couldn't act his way out of a paper bag.
But I love it anyway. Not so much what it's become, but I do love it. It has such a good heart, a good premise. It's got (had?) all the potential in the world. But it was so inconsistent. One minute you've got John Barrowman delivering serious lines with the emotional range of a robot, and the next you've got Eve Myles and Burn Gorman pushing each other up against a tree and you believe their chemistry. I don't know what to do with myself and this show, sometimes.
