Ugly Betty: 2x01 - The Manhattan Project
I loved this episode. I'd read interviews over the summer where Silvio Horta talked about how Betty had gotten sidetracked from her goals and into relationships, but I hadn't noticed the change it made to the show until tonight. I felt like Betty was really getting back on track and starting to figure out her life. (Even if there were problems along the way.)
It was great to see her taking charge of her future, standing up for herself, and learning to live with her mistakes. I also loved her scene with Ignacio, because those are always wonderful.
DANIEL. I loved seeing him grow in this episode. Because of the new job (and lack of Betty), he had kind of regressed into his old self. But by the end of the episode, he realized what he needed to do, even if it wasn't so easy. It's really fabulous to see him growing like this. (And I'm kind of eager to see more scenes between him and his son.)
JUSTINNNNNNNNNN. He was barely in the episode, I know, but when he was, he was being super awesome. And I love him for it. ♥
I'm really excited for this season. I think it's going to be wonderful. (Even if I think the new guy is... odd. I'll wait to judge.)
The Office: 5x01 - Weight Loss
I LOVED THIS TOO.
TOBY! I was so excited to see him. Even if it was super depressing in that Toby kind of way.
JIM AND PAM. I DIED. NO JOKE. ♥
ANDY. I feel so bad for him! He was so adorable in this episode, poor guy.
DWIGHT AND ANGELA. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.
STANLEY. He was the shit, for serious. I don't think he can get much more awesome than this.
PHYLLIS. Blackmailing Angela FTW!
HOLLY. AND MICHAEL. It's so perfect and dorky and hilarious and awkward and I LOVE IT.
It was all so good. And so funny. I cannot wait for more. ♥
And they kept showing promos for Chuck, which made me even more excited for it. :D
2) It's almost Friday. My friends and I have a super awesome plan for Cops & Robbers. EPIC.
