Oh, it was awesome. Frickin' awesome.
I watched it for the first time this morning, as I DLed the one of the uploads from the early Canada airing, but I watched it live tonight, of course.
It was all I expected it to be, and more.
The camera work was great. I feel weird pointing that out first, but it's true. It was amazing.
I'm obligated to root for Alex Tully, because, hi, it's Nathan Fillion. But the first time through, I thought Wendy Patrakas was my favorite, but by my second time watching it, I think I really love John Trimble (the father of the father/daughter pair). I don't quite know why, but I think he was my favorite. But his daughter (or maybe it was just the actress) was just... really Lindsay Lohan-wannabe to me. Weirded me out a little.
I'm so excited for tomorrow night now. With no Heroes for another week, I need something to look forward to!
