Christina has a friend from home visiting and we walked up the Eiffel Tower today. It's 4euros to walk if you are over 25, 3,10 if you are under and free for under 3 years old. It's something like 700 steps. It wasn't so bad. The view is amazing, but this is the only photo I got because my camera is dead...It's been dropped too many times I think. Hopefully my brother will bring me my Mom's when we meet up in Berlin this week because I don't want to be without one for the next three months.

You can see Sacre Coeur, the Grand Palais, Pont Alexander iii, Tuileries, the Louvre and some other things that I can't make out because the picture is too small.
I have been really disappointed in my lack of poetry writing while I've been living here. I haven't written a single poem, nay been inspired to write one. I was talking to Em the other day and telling her all about some things that have happened and she suggested I write everything else down that I don't document in my blog. She said I should write down all the things that I have been experiencing and doing that don't pertain really to a travel blog to aid other travellers. Essentially, all the juicy details that I don't want you to know. I've started writing it and I've gotten about a good 25 pages so far. I've changed everyones names and when Emily gets her hands on it, she's going to maybe embellish a few details here and there. I don't want it to be a memoir, more of a fictional story loosely based on the actual events and experiences I'm having. Vic says I should just leave it as is. We'll see once I'm done. I want it to be an earnest account of a 20 somethings adventure abroad, clichés and all.
