Anime/Manga help.

So I've recently gotten into anime and manga. But I think I need some suggestions.

The anime that I've watched and loved are:
Card Captor Sakura (yeah, I know, old but I watched the English dub when I was a kid and recently got back into it, even watching the sub and reading the manga)
Case Closed/Detective Conan (haven't watched subbed, just dubbed)
Hana Yori Dango
Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle
Marmalade Boy

Manga:
Card Captor Sakura
Hana Yori Dango (I actually loved the manga so much more than the anime, they left sooooo much out)
Absolute Boyfriend

a couple others who's names I can't remember.

I tend to lean toward dubbed shows, I haven't mastered the art of watching and reading at the same time. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them!
