OMG, Michael Rosenbaum is the most adorkable thing EVER!
I have to get ready to go to my friends' place for Smallville, so more later, but seriously, how goofy was he on Cribs!? I just watched it again . . . he's got such cool toys. Anyone with a lightsaber - no pun intended - is cool in my book, as I myself own three (and have now revealed myself to be the biggest geek EVER). Okay, NOT anyone, but it's definitely something more likely to raise my level of respect for someone than lower it. Oh, and he regularly converses with a poster of Clint Eastwood - FANTASTIC - and he's SO cute when he dances.
"The Wheel of Death" (as "[his] friend Tom" calls it - *SQUEE!*): my roommate and I went to a party with one a couple of months ago and immediately determined that we needed one. Of course, we have yet to actually acquire one, but we will, and we, too, will call it The Wheel of Death, to be sure.
Also, I LOVE that they karaoked (yes, I now declare karaoke to be a verb, as well as a noun) to "Wake Me Up Before You Go." My first synthesizer as a child had that song as its pre-programmed song-thingy. I, of course, being about seven years old, learned the song from there, without lyrics, and did not realize until years later that it was an actual song with lyrics. I was like, "Holy shit, this band is playing the song from my keyboard! And they wrote lyrics!" Dork.
I'm going to second the call for some Cribs/Wheel o' Death based RPS. Seriously, it needs to be written. Maybe I'll try, after the Kink & Cliche Challenge ends, but in the mean time . . . anyone? Bueller?
P.S. Thank you to
suzvoy for the hysterical Rosendork icon!
