I'm Back (kinda)! Plus, QAF 111 & 112 Pictures: Brian & Mikey
So I've been away FOREVER. I'm mostly gonna skip right over that part, except to say that RL has been rather messy (not ALL bad, by any means, just . . . messy, and complicated) for the past few years. A lot of family issues, medical and otherwise. So I basically reverted to being a lurker/reader on LJ as I was overwhelmed by everything else.
Anyway, during that time, Firefly/Serenity (Mal/Simon, Jayne/Simon, Mal/Jayne/Simon, Nathan Fillion/Seasn Maher RPS, etc.) became my primary fandom/slash focus. Just recently, Queer As Folk (Brian/Justin & Gale Harold/Randy Harrison RPS) has overtaken that in terms of fandom, though Firefly will probably always be my favorite TV show of all time (other all-time favorites: Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel, Freaks and Geeks, Queer As Folk, Battlestar Galactica, Arrested Development; other current favorites: Supernatural, The Office, 30 Rock, Lost, etc.). In terms of fandom and Supernatural, I am also a huge Wincest (Dean Winchester/Sam Winchester), J2 (Jensen Ackles/Jared Padalecki), and J3 (Jeffrey Dean Morgan/Jensen Ackles/Jared Padalecki) fan.
Anyway, I was trying to do this in a comment, in response to a post by call_your_name over at qaf_daily, but Photobucket and I got in a fight (in which I clearly got my ass kicked), so here I am.
call_your_name was looking for more pictures of the giant blown up pictures of Brian and Mikey in episodes 111 and 112 of QAF. I've acquired some in my obsessive scouring of the interwebs in search of QAF pictures, so I figured I'd share 'em. Where they originally came from, I have no idea, I'm sorry (thank you to whomever provided them).
So I hope that's helpful to you, call_your_name, and to anyone else who wants these! :)
Maybe I'll post again soon. You know, sometime within the next three years. ;)
P.S. Brian Kinney (and/or Gale Harold, who played him on QAF; the one lying on the floor with his shirt off in some of the above photos) is the most beautiful man in the world. Just, you know, FYI. ;)
