OK, you just convinced me to go out and buy that. I've been considering all day and you tipped the scale... Target, here I come!

P.S. Megaman 7 is seriously one of the best Megaman games I've ever played. I might even like it better than the X series.

Yeah, 7 is great. I've beaten 7 of the robot masters so far. I'm at the boss stages for 1 and 3, and I'm a fair bit into 2 if I recall. 3 is probably my favorite, but that's probably because I grew up with it. I've only been playing the games I know, so I need to get started on 4,5,6, and 8. Ha ha! Wee!

I'm getting it for Gamecube: that's the system it came out on originally.

I would think that it would have been released on both platforms simultaneously

I stand corrected. In your post it sounded like the game came out the day you got it. That's why I assumed it came out later for PS2. Of course you know all about making assumptions...

I got to the mini boss on the Dr. Wily stage in the original Megaman, and it is difficult almost to the point of being ridiculous. Unless that guy has a weakness I haven't discovered, it's going to take me forever to beat him.
