Hell yes, you bet! Finding that money really got me thinking of karma, and how it might actually be real, what with getting paid for cleaing my room...

Yes, hooray indeed for b&s, cheers :)
And Dexter is cool. I'll admit I read the book first, even though I don't think it's necessary for a series, it was just there, and oh so cheap. To be fair, the series actually disappointed me a wee bit, but you should still see it (I just watch of surfthechannel as I'm a cheap, lazy fuck). I was excpecting more of a Boondock Saints feel to it, and more depth from your man Hall, but it's all right. It's no worse than the novel, but I can't seem to forgive them for letting him enjoy sex in the show. I think it's making him more human, and I quite enjoyed his childish disgust with it in the novel :P

oooh i've just discovered surfthechannel (altho a little late mb?) so i should just get started. though now that i know there is a novel i think i'd like to read it first, unless it will just make me mad if there are tons of changes. haha. that always irritates me more than it should (esp like with HP movies).

I don't think it's essential to have read that one. I'm more religious about it when it comes to classics :) Harry Potter is something I'm highly pietistic about, so I can see your point...
And it's never too late! That's how I live. Hell, that's how I was born! Like a week overdue or something :P
