For body-painting, I absolutely recommend Mehron Paradise's waterbased make-up. As in, I'm a frequent user of bodypaint and have years of experience of putting stuff on my skin to make it a hilarious colour, and Paradise is absolutely the best I have ever used. The colour payoff, the fact that it actually washes off... everything.
It's waterbased, so you wet it and apply it with a sponge. The colours all go on nice and opaque, and you can happily tone over the top with blusher/powder colours because they don't budge once they're on. They've got cocoa butter in them so they a) smell nice and b) won't make you break out in epic spots.
And they do all the colours in the world. And they come in large amounts for less than Supracolour. Sold yet? ;)
...Iiiii am horribly aware that I've pimped non-Kryolan in a Kryolan community, but Kryolan attracts fans of waterbased and highly-pigmented stuff, so Paradise is still relevant to interests, right?
This is what you're looking for, albeit based in the UK, which is where I am.
