I`m so damn hungry all the time, Im hungry now, I stop being hungry for about an hour after meals. I`m not like fasting, I eat less than usual but for instance, I had a regular sized bowl of Udon for lunch and a riceball (which is actually most commonly in a triangular shape, as was the case in this instance), I had no snack and then for dinner, I had 2 hamburgs (In japan a hamburg is just the meat patty without bun), a small salad, one riceball (which was encrusted with little tiny deep fried fish and in this case was a very rounded triangular prism) and 3 pie slices (outside arc about 3 centimeters with 5 centimeter radius and thickness of about one centimeter) of an omlet with potato and onion. SO I had a decent meal, my meals are usually like this, lunch being slightly bigger maybe 3 days a week and weekend dinners also being slightly larger portions. I just can`T get my stomach used to eating less. It sucks. I think my body refuses to accept dieting. "Shut up Ken, you totally need another breakfast pastry and isnt it about time you tried out Baskin Robbins Mattya ice cream? mmm that sounds so delicious, don`t listen to brain, when wass the last time brain did anything for you? Quiz shows dont get anyone anywhere in life. EAT!!!" God my body has a really annoying typing voice. I`m hungry now, I`m going to go upstairs and probably convince myself to avoid eating a Giant Mattya pocky.
