• The Day the Music Died.
• I am going out of town today (God Willing). I have a phone that will work outside my calling area so I will not get stranded this time.
• My Passenger decided to front the bill for a $600 brake job, under the understanding that I will pay him back.
• As of this morning, my mattress, and my roommate's have a hole. Walmart only had superglue, and is out of patches (the kind you use on tires).
• I had an interview with THQ this morning for a Q.A. tester position, I feel it went rather well, and if I get the job I will tailor my School Schedule to -it-.
• Between coming home from Walmart and going to McDz before my interview (a period of 15-20 min), I was about to drive off when I realized that my CD player's guts were exposed. The face and the electronic behind it were gone. Looking around I found those under my petals. A cheap plastic clamshell case ($2-5) with 4 CDs in it was missing too. Someone broke into my crappy car (the driver's side door does not lock or close sometimes), and -tried- to take my CD player. What the succeeded in doing was taking my CDs (all of them are burned copies) and -break- my stereo. I will not have any music or radio during my trip 1,992 mile drive across the country.
There was a more expensive case in the back seat along with a portable CD player, and my enchanted nrcromancers cane of steel doom. They did not take any of those. I have always said that anything in my car is free for the taking. -I- know my door does not shut or lock, and thus if your soul tells you that you need something that is in my care more than I do, then you probably do. What I am -not- happy with is that rather than take something that will benefit them, they manged to -break- shit.
I hope they enjoy David Bowie, and Gnarls Barkley, that is all they got...
Lets just hope, and pray, I get their safely.
• The highlight of my day...
