N.2 Yellow Split Pea ROTI

Ingredients

1/4 cup yellow split peas
2 cloves chopped garlic
yellow onion
cumin
black pepper
some kind of yummy and healthy wrap
spinach
jamaican hot sauce (Grace is the shit)

Boil yellow split peas in water 1:3, then cook medium low for 45 minutes. Drain, blend with garlic, onion, cumin, black pepper. Make little bed of spinach in wrap, spoon blender stuff onto spinach, cover with hot sauce. cover with more spinach, wrap up. Put in over for maybe 10 0r 15 minutes, until it's harder like a roti (surprise).
I think potatoes may have gone well in this, or a layer of mashed sweet potatoes.
